Scott Grenda
Scott is Chairman of ATE and holds the position of Managing Director of the Grenda Corporation.  In 2008 Scott was elected as Chairman of the Bus Industry Confederation, Australia's peak organisation representing the interests of the bus industry.   Scott’s knowledge of the industry and his experience working with government and public persons has proven to be a great strength in the ATE group.

Jonathan Cook
Jonathan holds the position of Managing Director of the ATE group and is Chairman of the Hornibrook Group.  His association with ATE and the Hornibrook Group over the past 25 years is the product of three generations of transport operators giving Jonathan a profound knowledge of the transport industry.

Drew Mountjoy
Drew is a Director of ATE and the Managing Director of the Hornibrook Group.  He  has had a long association with the bus industry through his family’s business in Queensland and Victoria. As a registered master builder he brings his project and logistics expertise to the ATE group.

Geoff Grenda
Geoff is a Director of ATE and is Chairman of the Grenda Corporation. He is well known in the Australian bus industry through his involvement with Australia’s largest bus builder, Volgren and his positions over the years in the Bus Industry Confederation (BIC) Australia. He brings his unique background and engineering experience to the ATE group.

Wayne Mountjoy
Wayne is a Director of ATE and has been involved with a variety of bus businesses.  He has held several positions within industry associations over the years, which has provided him with a broad understanding of the fundamentals required for a successful Bus Operation.

Geoffrey is a Director of ATE and the Hornibrook Group.  He has been involved in bus operations for over 50 years in most Australian states and territories. He has applied that experience in the development of ATE and the Hornibrook Group.
